Citroen C3 (10 - 16)

The C3 has been a popular buy all down the years and they always manage to make it a lovely drive as well as a comfortable and well-equipped supermini. This has plenty of room and lots of equipment. One of the best features is the zenith windscreen which lets a lot of light in and increases visibility. The cabin is nicely designed and feels quite upmarket. There’s a bit more room for passengers in the back and headroom is good. It’s one of the few superminis around that has that big car feel to it. Wind and road noise are at a minimum too while the excellent suspension gives a supple and smooth ride. Even on bigger roads and motorways, the C3 feels well planted and assured.
